Girls Trip 2011!

Tis the (almost) season!  I can’t believe Thanksgiving is just over 2 weeks away and Christmas is next month.  I just got back from a wonderful girls weekend in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  This is our 6^th year of having a girl’s weekend with (mostly) the same group of girls.  We have all moved around, but right now there are 3 girls living in Chicago, 1 in Michigan, and I'm in Kansas City.  One of the Chicago girls couldn't go this year.  We really have to force ourselves to meet up each year now that we are all having kids…it’s just much more difficult to coordinate.  Some day we will travel outside of the US again, but probably not until everyone is finished having kids and the kids are a bit older.  Our last international trip to Croatia in 2006 seems so long ago… Here are some pictures from this past weekend.

15 minutes to actually hike before we had to get back
